Curry Chicken in a Bag
This chicken is mouth-watering good! And the best part is that you make it in a bag (or bowl) and don’t dirty any dishes along the way. Fire up the grill or use a grill pan on your stovetop and voila! you have a super easy and delicious dish. Remember to use organic, pastured, humanely-raised meat whenever possible.

Ingredients
2–2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breast or both)
1 1/2 cups whole milk yogurt
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground turmeric
2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Add the chicken and all other ingredients into a plastic freezer bag or glass bowl and mix together. Let marinate for minutes, hours, or even 1-2 days in the refrigerator before grilling depending on your time frame.
Preheat your grill or grill pan on high heat on your stove top and when hot and ready, add the chicken. Grill each side for 5-7 minutes before flipping with tongs and cook until done or until there’s no more pink in the center. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
